- Are your items authentic?
- Authenticity and integrity are our top priorities. To validate the authenticity and provenance of your investment, every piece of jewelry we offer must pass a comprehensive assessment comprising rigorous verification processes and our quality assurance program, all underpinned by the best proprietary technology in the industry. We pay exhaustive attention to detail in order to ensure you the very best jewelry, diamonds and fine watches the world has to offer. Our team of master jewelers are certified and accredited by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the most trusted diamond grading organization in the world.
- Do items come with original packaging and paperwork?
- If available, the original packaging and paperwork will be provided with purchase. Please make sure to read the item description carefully for details on what is included with your purchase.
- What if it doesn’t fit? Can I get my jewelry sized?
- We currently do not offer custom sizing, but hope to in the future. If you have questions on if the item you are purchasing can be sized by your local jeweler, please call 888.816.8120, we would be happy to help!
- What is your return policy?
- Luxury Obsessions is PROUD to offer a no-hassles, 14-day money back guarantee on all items we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in the same condition within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund or store credit, at your option. Please see our Term and Conditions for exclusions and limitations.
- How do I return an item?
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please used the enclosed return shipping label to send back your unwanted item(s). Please make sure your items are securely packaged. You may drop your items off at your nearest FedEx location or call 1800 GoFedEx to schedule an in home pickup.
- I misplaced my prepaid return label. What should I do?
- Please contact us at 888.816.8120. We would be happy to send you a new return label via email.
- How long will it take me to get a refund?
- We process returns as soon as we receive them. Your refund will be issued by the same method your original payment was made. Please see our Term and Conditions for exclusions and limitations.
- How are my items shipped?
- All purchased items have the option to be shipped via FREE FedEx Ground shipping or FedEx 2nd Day. You also have a 2nd. Upon purchase you will receive an order confirmation which includes your total cost as well as applicable taxes. Once your item has been processed we will send you a shipping confirmation which includes your tracking numbers, so that you can track your item every step of the way.
- Is my item insured?
- Your items are automatically insured up to the cost of the item you purchased.
- Do you ship internationally?
- At this time, items are only available for purchase within the United States.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB as well as Paypal. If payment is made via PayPal, we can only ship to a PayPal Confirmed Address.
- How is tax calculated for my order?
- Orders shipping to Florida will be charged a 6% sales tax.
- How do I use my promo discount?
- If you have received a promotional code to use a future purchase simply enter the code during your check out process and click ‘Apply’. Your discount will be applied on the qualified items and reflected in your order total.
- Do you have any storefront locations?
- Luxury Obsessions is strictly an online retailer. We have one centralized facility that allows us to save on overhead and offer the most competitive price in the market.
